Long Lake Regional Park & Lutz Sports Complex

Long Lake Regional Park was delivered through the CM/GC process alongside APEX and DHM. The project included large multi-use synthetic turf fields with sports lighting, new baseball/softball fields at the existing complex, a new plaza area with a pre-fabricated restroom/concession stand, and new parking lots, sidewalks, and an overhaul of the existing infrastructure. The Lutz Sports complex removed three outdated ballfields that were largely unused at the existing complex. The project was completed with the CM/GC process alongside APEX and DHM. Four new baseball/softball fields were built within the existing complex along with a new pre-fabricated restroom, maintenance, and concession building. ECI upgraded the landscape, parking lots, access, and infrastructure to accommodate the new complex. Large retaining walls were built to stabilize the hillside when the outfields were expanded.
