Aims Community College Promenade

The Aims Community College Pedestrian Promenade project includes a multi-colored concrete promenade running through the center of the Greeley campus. The project also included extensive site drainage, relocation of existing tennis courts, and landscape improvements to Beaty Hall.

The project specifics included extensive demolition, site grading, asphalt, curb/gutter, placement of large landscape boulders, large stone amphitheater, approximately 900 LF of dry stack retaining wall planters, two post-tension tennis courts, site lighting, storm sewer system, landscape and irrigation.
