A Park Like No Other

Given the large increase of housing growth, the neighborhoods in southeast Fort Collins needed a regional park. Twin Silo is a 54-acre park featuring a “Homestead” theme with a community garden and orchard. The new playground includes two relocated steel silos, a shelter designed to look like a farmhouse,

The park features new lighting, landscaping and irrigation, dog park, parking, baseball fields and restroom, pickleball courts, multi-purpose fields and a unique vertical grow wall. Other aspects include an upgraded BMX riding area and improvements to McClelland’s Creek, creating a water play area.
