Mike began his career at ECI post high school as a part-time laborer becoming full-time as an ECI foreman, after graduating college in 1989.  He quickly worked his way to a superintendent position and has been in charge of ECI’s more complex, and varied delivery method projects for the last 20 years.  As Director of Operations, he is in charge of the master schedule of resources and production, project execution, project owner relationships, and oversees health, safety and environmental compliance.

Being engaged, knowledgeable about the industry and always thinking ahead are key strengths of Mikes that he brings to the team. Outside the office Mike enjoys spending quality time on vacations with his family while his desire to kick off his boots and put on his running shoes for a short 30 mile jog is what he loves to do.
