Downtown Westminster Plaza and Streetscape

The project was based around assisting the City of Westminster as they developed the old Westminster Mall Property into a mixed-use modern downtown. ECI’s work started with the construction of the Downtown Plaza, which consisted of an architectural water/splash feature, restroom building, pavilion area, and overall creating a draw to bring development interest to the area.

ECI’s scope continued as they developed the streetscapes adjacent to all the initial development in the downtown area and consisted of putting the final touches on roughly five city blocks.
