CM/GC:  150-acre Regional Park

This $11.2M CM/GC project included several Guaranteed Maximum Prices to accommodate the park’s compressed construction schedule. The 150-acre park, considered Thornton’s flagship park, features multi-use fields, a 13,350-square-foot skate park, carousel ride, amphitheater, pond, boathouse and paddle boats, basketball and tennis courts and $1M of landscaping and irrigation. For the CM/GC project, ECI constructed facilities in two locations 5 miles apart while architects finished the park’s design.

“I suggest packing a lunch and bringing a change of clothes, because if your visit is anything like mine was, you will probably wind up spending hours exploring all there is to do at the park.” – Thornton resident
