CM/GC Regional Sports Park

As CM/GC for the $6.6M Loveland Sports Park project, ECI teamed with the City of Loveland and the park designer to complete the project on time and within budget. Voted “Best Playground” and “Best Place to Skateboard” by Loveland citizens in 2007, this sweeping 77-acre complex is one of the city’s largest park. The project also necessitated widening adjacent Boyd Lake Avenue to a 4-lane arterial road. The impressive park features seven athletic/soccer fields, basketball courts, a synthetic turf championship field with terraced seating, skate park with bowls/street course, two in-line hockey rinks, two basketball courts, sand volleyball courts and parking for 375 vehicles. With three multi-use shelters, maintenance building, staff offices, aerated pond, playgrounds and entertaining splash park, this facility has something for everyone.
